Hello, my name is Yin Thong, owner of Bambu' Restaurant in Maplewood. I grew up in a small village in Vietnam with the rich tastes and flavors of my ancestor's cooking. As a young woman, I was fortunate to Travel to Hong Kong and experience the taste of Chinese food far beyond my own imagination.Sixteen years later, from the time I first arrived in the United States, it had been my life-long dream and vision to one day bring back those childhood flavors from my homeland and share them with you. I opened Bambu' more than nine years ago.
