Ready, Set, Go! Join Skyhawks Track and Field! You'll learn all the important basics like body positioning, running stride, and stretching. We try lots of cool events, including javelin, discus, shot put, hurdles, and fun running relays and jumps! You'll also learn super important life skills like teamwork and sportsmanship
