Nichole Dinzeo has worked for the Stillwater School District for the past nine years, grounded in her lifelong roots in the Stillwater community where she grew up and continues to invest her energy. As a School Age Coordinator, she’s dedicated to creating spaces where kids feel safe, supported, and genuinely excited to show up each day.
Nichole has held CPR and First Aid certifications for eight years, and for the past two she has also served as an instructor. While she isn’t a medical professional, she’s driven by a clear mission: to empower as many people as possible with the confidence and skills to act in an emergency. Teaching lifesaving basics has become one of her favorite ways to strengthen her community from the inside out.
Her work blends structure, heart, and a knack for staying calm even when the day gets a little chaotic. Whether she’s coordinating programs, guiding kids through big feelings, mentoring staff, or teaching CPR to new learners, Nichole approaches every role with positivity, practicality, and a commitment to making her community safer and stronger.
