Hey Middle School Athletes! Are you ready to get stronger, faster, and more agile this winter? The Pony Power & Performance program is a fun introduction to conditioning that helps you run faster, jump higher, and feel stronger for any sport you play! Any student in Grades 6 through 8 who wants to improve their fitness can join! You’ll learn the best ways to train your body, whether you are just starting out or already play sports. Our certified coaches are super helpful and will give you the right workout plan just for your level and abilities.
