Get ready to move your feet and sing along. Enjoy an hour filled with laughter and rhythm as you learn fun dance steps that will have you twirling and grooving. No partner needed—just bring your energy and enthusiasm, and let the music take you away!
Caregivers are welcome to participate at no additional charge but must register.
Our adults with disabilities, adaptive programs are designed to meet the unique needs of those that are 18 years or older with special needs. These programs move at a pace that is flexible in order to meet the needs of those participating in the class. We are proud to be partnering with Valley Friendship to provide an outstanding experience for all involved.

Monica Mohn is a 3-time “USA Dance” National Ballroom champion, winning titles in 9 different styles of dance. She is a nominee by MN Bride for "Best Wedding Dance Instruction”. Monica is a talented teacher, making it easy & fun! With a full range of dance styles from Ballroom to Thriller Line Dance, everyone can enjoy dance from her instruction! In addition to teaching, she’s coached competitive ballroom performance teams, coordinated and trained flash mobs, choreographed dance routines for local MN bands and lead corporate “Team Building” events. She brings the joy of dance to Special needs groups, senior groups, high school groups and church groups
