Navigating Grief Around the Holidays
Holidays can bring about feelings of love, joy, celebration, and tradition. However, feelings of grief and loss can also be particularly strong around holiday times. In this class, participants will learn about common reactions to grief and loss, how to tap into their strengths to better cope, and resources to help support themselves and those they care about. Participants will then create a “memory lantern” to take home with them.
