No One Recovers Alone

Many adults with serious mental illness face loneliness, often relying on family as both caregivers and support. This class explores the impact of loneliness, the value of family involvement, and strategies to foster meaningful connections. Designed for a wide audience, this course provides 1 CEU approved by the Board of Social Work. There is no charge for this class thanks to a Vibrant Communities Mental Health grant from the Lower St. Croix Valley Foundation, St. Croix Valley Foundation and an anonymous donor advised fund.
