Lifeguarding Courses

Lifeguarding Full Course Blended Learning: This course includes online modules that reduce the in-person class time, you should expect to spend around 6 hours prior to class completing these modules. 

You will receive an email from the Red Cross with information about how to access these modules. You may need to check your spam folders if you do not see an email in your primary inbox. Please login early to ensure you have access and begin working on the modules. If you have any difficulty accessing this, please reach out to the Red Cross at 800-733-2767.  Try to complete the majority of the online learning by our first class date. All modules must be completed prior to our last day of the course. 

Lifeguarding Recertification Blended Learning: This course includes blended learning modules that must be completed BEFORE the in-person skills session. You have the option to test out of some content at the beginning of each lesson. You will receive a link to these modules within 30 days of the course start date.
