Conquer Ninja Rec Team
Take your ninja skills to the next level! Train in agility, power, and resilience while mastering over 40 real-life obstacles inspired by the TV show. Kids of all experience levels will learn the styles and techniques to conquer everything from warped walls to salmon ladders. This 8-week course includes six practices and two competitions (weeks 4 and 8) to test their skills and showcase their progress. -
Golf Squad
Golf Squad is an awesome afterschool program where real golf pros come to your school to teach you the game of golf. Each week you’ll get to practice skills like putting, chipping, and swinging with irons and woods. But it’s not just about golf - you’ll also learn how to work with others, show great sportsmanship, and understand the rules of the game. Intro to Cheer
Jump, tumble, and cheer your heart out! This class is perfect for beginners and intermediate cheerleaders ready to learn the basics and boost their skills. You’ll practice tumbling, stunts, jumps, and motions in a fun, energetic environment while building strength, confidence, and teamwork. Think of it as your cheer boot camp to get ready for a future competitive team—full of laughs, high-fives, and lots of cheer spirit! Attire for the class is athletic shorts, a fitted tank or t-shirt and athletic shoes. Please have your athletes bring a water bottle and the shoes they plan on participating in. Hair should be up in a ponytail. No jewelry of any sort. -

It's time to become a Ninja warrior! In this 8-week beginner course, kids will develop agility, power, and resilience as they learn how to conquer real-life Ninja obstacles! They'll practice the techniques needed to tackle everything from warped walls to salmon ladders, all while improving their flexibility, coordination, and problem-solving skills. -
Minnesota Xtreme Cheer - Cheer Basics
This class is designed for athletes looking for introductory cheerleading training, with experience levels ranging from beginner to intermediate. It is a great foundational course for athletes preparing to join a competitive cheer team.Athletes will work on all major areas of cheerleading, including tumbling, stunting, jumps, and motions. Coaches provide structured instruction focused on proper technique, safety, confidence, and teamwork in a fun and supportive environment.Class Attire & Requirements: Athletic shorts or fitted athletic pants with a fitted tank top or t-shirt are recommended. Athletes should bring clean athletic shoes to participate in. Hair must be secured back in a ponytail, athletes should bring a water bottle, and no jewelry is permitted during class. -

You’ll practice the basics of cheer in a fun, positive, and low-pressure class. Whether you dream of joining our All-Star Team or just want to cheer, jump, and tumble for fun, this program is the perfect place to start! Every participant receives a team t-shirt and bow.
