No partner needed—just bring your energy and enthusiasm, and let the music take you away! Caregivers are welcome to participate at no additional charge but must register. Our adults with disabilities, adaptive programs are designed to meet the unique needs of those that are 18 years or older with special needs. These programs move at a pace that is flexible in order to meet the needs of those participating in the class. We are proud to be partnering with Valley Friendship to provide an outstanding experience for all involved. -

Walk and Talk - Walking with Friends
Step into fun at Walk & Talk! We’ll meet once a month at the Pony Activity Center (PAC) Center at Stillwater Area High School in Stillwater, rain or shine, to get our steps in and move our bodies. Walking while talking with your friends, a great combination! This outing is designed for adults aged 18 and older. Valley Friendship Club staff will be on site to join the walkers.
