Barre Basics
Improve your flexibility and relieve stress in this fun, low-impact workout. You will use a mix of ballet, Pilates, and yoga moves to tone your muscles and build core strength. This class offers a supportive environment where you can work at your own pace with helpful modifications. Designed for all fitness levels—no dance experience required. For class each week, please bring a yoga/exercise mat. Weights (2lb or similar) and a resistance band are also recommended but not required. You can take class barefoot or in grip/sticky socks. Ages 14 - 17 may participate with a registered adult. -
