This training empowers you to become a "gatekeeper"—someone in a position to recognize a crisis and intervene. In just a few hours, you will learn to identify the warning signs of suicide, offer hope, and provide a crucial bridge to professional help. The simple, three-step method is Question, Persuade, and Refer (QPR), and just like CPR, it’s an emergency response that anyone can learn.
