Senior Circuit

With over 10 years of group fitness instruction experience, I love helping people stay active, strong, and confident at every stage of life. I’ve been teaching with Live 2 B Healthy for over a year and a half and truly enjoy working with a wide variety of abilities and fitness levels. My goal is to create classes that are encouraging, fun, and welcoming for everyone. Outside of teaching, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, getting creative in the kitchen, and staying active in everyday life. I believe movement should feel good, bring people together, and maybe even include a few laughs along the way! Certifications (ACE): Health Coach; Personal Trainer; Group Fitness Instructor

I have over 40 years of experience in health care, with a focus on clinical laboratory science management, and the development of wellness projects and programs. I also have enjoyed over twenty years of working with a wide variety of clients to enable them to reach their fitness and wellness goals. My free time is filled with my other passions; family (children and grandchildren (both human and the furry kind) volunteering with service organizations (Paralyzed Veterans of America and United Way) and enjoying the two seasons –kayaking and skiing.
