I also have enjoyed over twenty years of working with a wide variety of clients to enable them to reach their fitness and wellness goals. My free time is filled with my other passions; family (children and grandchildren (both human and the furry kind) volunteering with service organizations (Paralyzed Veterans of America and United Way) and enjoying the two seasons –kayaking and skiing.
