Tai Chi (Intermediate)

Marta Haugan is a certified personal trainer and Tai Chi instructor who finds joy in helping people move and groove in their day-to-day lives. She specializes in creative movement and works with clients of all ages.

I have over 40 years of experience in health care, with a focus on clinical laboratory science management, and the development of wellness projects and programs. I also have enjoyed over twenty years of working with a wide variety of clients to enable them to reach their fitness and wellness goals. My free time is filled with my other passions; family (children and grandchildren (both human and the furry kind) volunteering with service organizations (Paralyzed Veterans of America and United Way) and enjoying the two seasons –kayaking and skiing.
