Marta Haugan has been a fitness/dance instructor and personal trainer for five years, returning to fitness instruction after a hiatus. Her movement background includes dance, strength training, aqua-aerobics, and Tai Chi. She earned her Tai Chi certification through ISSA and has been teaching Tai Chi classes since September 2025. She enjoys helping her clients move better and learn new techniques while having fun. She specializes in creative movement. Outside of teaching, Marta enjoys crafting, playing video games, and dancing.
