Senior Yoga/Seated Yoga

I have over 40 years of experience in health care, with a focus on clinical laboratory science management, and the development of wellness projects and programs. I also have enjoyed over twenty years of working with a wide variety of clients to enable them to reach their fitness and wellness goals. My free time is filled with my other passions; family (children and grandchildren (both human and the furry kind) volunteering with service organizations (Paralyzed Veterans of America and United Way) and enjoying the two seasons –kayaking and skiing.

Mary has been teaching fitness, yoga, and meditation for more than three decades and enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities. Her classes place particular emphasis on improving posture and spinal alignment, maintaining mobility and range of motion, and building strength. Mary is also an educator with a long-standing interest in spirituality, holistic health, and overall wellness. She enjoys creating classes that are welcoming, accessible, and supportive, while encouraging each person to work at a level that is appropriate for them. In Mary’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren, who are the light of her life.
