Together, we'll reflect on the habits, mindsets, and relationships that support well-being, resilience, and a sense of purpose as we navigate life's transitions and challenges. Each session will include guided discussion, personal reflection, and opportunities to learn from one another's experiences. Along the way, we'll explore what it means to continue growing, adapting, connecting, and contributing—regardless of age or stage of life. If you're interested in living with greater intention, cultivating meaningful connections, and discovering practical ways to enhance your well-being, we invite you to join us.. However, feelings of grief and loss can also be particularly strong around holiday times. In this class, participants will learn about common reactions to grief and loss, how to tap into their strengths to better cope, and resources to help support themselves and those they care about. Participants will then create a “memory lantern” to take home with them.Fall 2026

This class explores the impact of loneliness, the value of family involvement, and strategies to foster meaningful connections. Designed for a wide audience, this course provides 1 CEU approved by the Board of Social Work.
